Announcement
We are excited to announce a big change to the look of the ASSA padlock line.
All padlocks will eventually come in a chrome finish. The new chrome finish gives our padlocks a modern, sleek- looking design. This phased change to the finish will begin soon and continue throughout 2024.
The chrome finish will only affect the padlock body and cylinder housing. The construction, materials, reliability, and durability of the padlock remain unchanged and unmatched.
Another change to the padlocks is the markings that indicate the security class. Going forward the security class will be represented by a small, colored circle on the side of the padlock, replacing colored stripes on the padlock body.
Class 2 = Green
Class 3 = Blue
Class 4 = Red
